does后头可以跟who。有2种情况，具体如下：
一、当句子中属于复数形式的时候，“does”要变成“do”，也就是do who；例如：Still, she kept her head and kicked her shoes off, as everyone ought to do who falls into deep water in their clothes. 不过，她还是按照任何穿着衣服掉进深水里的人应该采取的做法，保持镇定，踢掉鞋子。
二、当句子的成分属于三单的时候，就使用“does”，也就是does who。例如：I did what everyone does who has no idea what to do with themselves 我做了所有人不知道该做什么时做的那件事。
